Terms and Conditions

1. General conditions

Customer: You, the subject who places orders through the e-shop found on www.cpatrol.com

2. Purchase procedure


Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Buy now" tab. You will have to enter your personal or company data and contact information, after which you will proceed to the selection of the payment method. After a successful purchase, an email will be sent to you containing credentials to your newly created user account on the website www.cpatrol.com, where you will have access to all your licenses.

If you want to purchase a license for more than 200 users, please contact our sales department for a price quote.

"Information provided by the ordering form serve solely for the purposes of providing CPatrol and associated services and will not be provided to third parties nor used otherwise for commercial purposes."

Cancelling your order

In case  you decide to cancel your order, please send us an email using the same email address that you used when you placed your order. Please provide the Order ID, so that we can trace back your order in order to cancel it. All the funds will be returned back to your account, by the same method, that you used to pay with. Unless stated otherwise, we charge a 5% fee for cancelling to cover the administrative and other related costs incurred.

4. Delivery

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email with login information for logging into your newly created user account on the site www.cpatrol.com. After logging in to this user account you will be able to overview your valid licenses and download the purchased products.

  • The ordered licences will be generated within 48 hours from the time the customer places the order.
  • License code will be delivered to you with an invoice attached (including VAT).
  • All personal data collected during the order placement and all communication between the seller and the customer are discreet and will never be forwarded to a third party, unless required by relevant law or ordinance.
Seller has a right to:

  • Charge full amount of the item(s) value and processing cost
  • Reject unpaid orders
Seller is not responsible for:

  • Customer's wrong order
  • Undelivered orders due to unforeseen circumstances which prevent successful delivery
Customer rights and responsibilities

  • Place an order with correct information
  • When placing the order, pay the agreed amount and accept the product upon delivery
  • Make a warranty claim should the product be defected.

5. Privacy policy

·         Information for the card holder: The payment may be performed using the CardPay service (payment over virtual POS terminal of Tatra Banka). Available cards are VISA, MASTERCARD. You can use the mentioned cards issued by any banking institution in the world. The first step is the filling of the ordering form, where you fill your personal data and confirm the type and amount of the ordered goods. After clicking on Buy now and choosing payment by CardPay, you will be forwarded to Tatra Banka's secure site, where you will need to enter data about your credit card (credit card number, CV code and expiration date) and confirm the amount in EUR. Afterwards, you will be notified of the successful realisation of the payment.

6. Final remarks

All legal relationships between the seller and the buyer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
